I simply love receiving each package from The House of Hanbury, each carefully packaged with love and care.
Several of Laura’s beautiful treasures + finds are now in my home at my apartment in Boston and my home on Cape Cod. The decor is different in both but Laura has a knack of sharing and selling what I love. Not only has each piece made me smile when I look at it but the care + love Laura puts into packing + shipping each piece is above and beyond. Laura Brock is who I refer to as my 'Joy Broker'. Laura is my personal friend along with purveyor of beautiful things. She has a special gift for finding what her client wants and needs to make a beautiful home. Laura listens to what her clients are looking for - and remembers - a skill that is not always present with other decorators. Many a vignette has been masterfully staged in my home by Laura with her eye for balance, purpose and harmony with beautiful objects. Laura appreciates and understands color, textures, trends and styles. She is able to quickly make comfort out of chaos for those of us wanting to change our personal space into something beautiful and joyful. 'Joy Broker' is the very definition of Laura.

Laura's lovely personality, attention to detail and great taste stood out so it was love at first sight [when I met her]. Laura is quick to answer any questions and her packaging is topnotch with the loveliest notes. Who knew we could do these types of things online?
