Refund policy
It's important to note that vintage finds are "well loved" and often have imperfections. We work hard to be transparent with all of our items. Details of each product is in the description and we also take pictures of any flaws. We are happy to send more detailed pictures upon request. Because of this, and because we process orders as quickly as possible, we do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations.
However, please contact me at laura@thehouseofhanbury.com within 7 days of receiving your order if any item arrives damaged or if there are problems with your order. We will then confirm next steps and, as long as you can provide proof of damage, a refund may be issued.

Shipping Damages and Issues
We have many years of packaging and shipping experience and we do our best to package items so that they arrive to you or the recipient in the same condition as they were shipped. Processing and shipping issues can come up, however, so please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item was damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item. Per the above, we will then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at laura@thehouseofhanbury.com.
