Vintage Footed Bowl Jefferson Glass Green Opalescent Meander Circa 1905
What a fantastic glass bowl! The delicate ruffled edge has a milky green look with half circle and dot detail. The glass becomes a clear, bright green with a raised leaf pattern that is even represented on the bottom feet. Amazing antique condition with no chips or cracks. Love the nae of the pattern "meandor".
Jefferson Glass was founded in 1900 in Steubenville, Ohio and remained until 1907 when it moved to West Virginia and Leased to Imperial Glass Company. It closed in 1933.
