Add this beautiful oval platter to your blue and white collection for a touch of history. Woods New Wharf pottery began with 2 brothers manufacturing earthenware for the home and for foreign markets in 1877. In 1894 the works were absorbed into the larger Wood & Son company.
This piece is in amazing condition for its age. Marked and stamped on the back. There is one tiny chip on the rim. See pics for details. The blue floral pattern is delicate and has that Grand Millennial look we all love.
