What is delphite glass?
Delphite is medium blue opaque glass originally made by the Jeannette Glass Company in the 1920s. It was also used by other glassware manufacturers such as McKee. The McKee version is a bit lighter in color when compared to pieces made by Jeannette. This pretty bowl is in the ever popular Cherry Blossom pattern. It has a scalloped edge, handles and a raised cherry blossom pattern along the outside. This glass has become rare and pieces sell for quite a bit of money. Add this to your colored glass collection. Great vintage condition.
